Give and Go Fundraiser

VAHA is introducing a new fundraiser this year called the "Give and Go". For this fundraising opportunity we will be working directly with Scrappers Hockey.

Scrappers Hockey is an apparel company founded in Minnesota by two brothers who have a strong dedication to hockey and a passion for design. After brothers Drew and GrantDoorn finished college, they decided that apparel for the sport they loved had not evolved beyond the tournament shirt, or the billboard tee for a hockey equipment brand.

With their passion for hockey and design, the two brothers created the Scrappers Hockey brand. Inspired by the staples of their closet, the graphic tee, hoodie, beanies and hats, they designed apparel that fit their hockey lifestyle.

The mantra of the Scrappers Hockey brand is "FIGHT FOR EVERYTHING". The company wants the message to be positive and inspirational. When life throws you a challenge and you ask yourself, "What do I do now?" The answer is FIGHT FOR EVERYTHING. BE A SCRAPPER.

The way the Give and Go Fundraiser works:

*	VAHA members or anyone else who wants to support this fundraiser can log onto http://www.scrappershockey.com/ to order apparel and enter our special code (THUNDER1964) prior to checkout.
*	There is no minimum order, no out of pocket expense for VAHA, no inventory to manage and we do not have to deliver the orders. Scrappers Hockey handles everything from their website.
*	For every adult tee or hoodie that is purchased using our code (THUNDER1964) Scrappers Hockey gives VAHA $4, and for every kids tee and all hats, they give back $3. The wristbands are not included in the fundraiser at this time.

The Give and Go fundraiser is an easy way for VAHA to raise money. It virtually runs itself. With the traditional fundraisers that we do, including candy bar sales, fun night and the golf outing, the addition of this fundraiser will only boost our money raised within our association.
