Adult Hockey

Adult Pickup Hockey (18+) — All Skill Levels Welcome

Whether you're lacing up for the first time in years or you've been playing since you could walk, our pickup league is all about keeping the game fun and laid-back. No refs, no standings — just good hockey with good people. It’s a great way to stay active, meet fellow players, and enjoy the sport for the love of it.

Groups

Different groups play at different times. No one is assigned to groups but each person should do their best to choose the appropriate group.

Women's: This is for women of all skill levels.

Men's: For higher skilled men. Generally, people at this level have played organized hockey for several years. This is the fastest session.

Beginner-Friendly Coed: For both men and women, this is where beginners or anyone who is looking for a slower-paced game can play. This is the slowest session.

All Coed: For both men and women, this has a wide variety of skill. Some nights are faster and some are slower.

Rules

Total ice time is generally 75 minutes with 10 minutes reserved for warmups.

These are pickups games meaning teams are assembled in the locker room, there are no referees/penalties, and score is not officially kept.

While there is contact, there is no full body checking. Just be reasonable. We all have to go to work in the morning.

Equipment

Full equipment is required (shoulder pads are optional).

Bring both a light and dark jersey as this is how teams are separated.
