Scheduling Games

There are two locations where games need to be scheduled: Crossbar and GameSheet.

Scheduling in Crossbar ensures that games show up on family schedules and on the website. Scheduling in GameSheet ensures that the games are available in the GameSheet scoring app so that games can be scored on the tablet in the scorekeeper box.

All home games must be added in Crossbar by the arena manager due to referees and ice resurfacing scheduling. This means the Team Manager must send each home game to the arena manager in order to make sure there is availability and in order to have the game added to Crossbar.

However, all home games must be added in the GameSheet Dashboard App by Team Managers. If this is not done, the game will not show up in the tablet for scorekeepers.

Away games must be added in Crossbar but do not need to be added in GameSheet.
